2.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Attendance

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling.

2.3 Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend without notice may result in a charge of the full consultation fee.

2.4 Emergency Situations

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department. Our services are not for emergency medical situations.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Consultation Fees

Fees for consultations and procedures will be provided prior to your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made.

3.2 Insurance

If you are using private health insurance, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization and that your policy covers the consultation and any treatments. Any costs not covered by insurance are your responsibility.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash. Detailed invoices are provided for all services.
