These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Dr. Basil Noureldin Rheumatology Practice (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and this website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All services are provided by qualified medical professionals registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and Irish Medical Council (IMC).
Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling.
We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend without notice may result in a charge of the full consultation fee.
If you experience a medical emergency, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department. Our services are not for emergency medical situations.
Fees for consultations and procedures will be provided prior to your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made.
If you are using private health insurance, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization and that your policy covers the consultation and any treatments. Any costs not covered by insurance are your responsibility.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash. Detailed invoices are provided for all services.
We maintain comprehensive medical records in accordance with professional guidelines and legal requirements. All patient information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
